Parent Baby Group:

Becoming a parent is life changing! It can be blissful, intimidating, easy, scary, joyful or- most of the time- a combination of those feelings. Early parenting groups support new families in connecting and finding community as they navigate the transition to parenthood or as their family grows.

Join me as I lead a weekly parent-baby group open to the public and available to anyone parenting a baby aged 6 months or younger.

As a parent who missed out on this kind of support after the birth of my first child (due to Covid restrictions), I’m incredibly grateful to Jamie for organizing this group.

There’s something beautiful about feeling safe enough to cry in front of a group of other parents, knowing they understand what I’m going through. I believe my mental health is in a better place thanks to Jamie and the awesome parents I met in this group. Thank you Jamie! -K.R.

Thanks for creating this group! It was so nice to be part of a small group that met every week because I was able to build connections with other parents. With the goal of building community Jamie will be hosting a cohort of families with babes 6mo and younger. This will allow you to get to know a group of parents over the course of the cohort and build community you can keep as your babies continue to grow!

Of course you're allowed to be late, leave early, miss a date if needed!
